We initially completed a roof inspection on this property for the homeowner before their purchase. After they moved in they called us to take care of the problems we found during our inspection. Mainly the pipe boots needed replaced, but we also put a new cap on the heater vent as well. We also installed soffit vents to allow for adequate air intake as this house was suffocating.
