We had a homeowner call us due to shingles blowing off their roof during a recent storm that we had here in Fort Worth. Her house is about to go to the closing table, and the inspectors for the buyers had already said the roof was good. Then this huge wind storm blew off several shingles, and she knew she would have to have this repaired before she could close. She did not want to spend much as she was selling the home, but also did not want to sell a house that was not in good working order. We were able to help her out with our special that runs through August. She received 25% off her repairs that were done the same day that we visited her for an estimate. Now her home is ready for the closing table, and she can move with a clear conscience.
