This client called us because she changed insurance companies and her new company would not insure her roof until two damaged shingles were replaced. We were able to locate those shingles based off of the pictures she provided, complete the roof repairs and her roof is now insurable! We were able to change the shingles at the same visit and while our client was out of town!!
We were able to communicate with the client via text message as well as her through her video doorbell - which was used to communicate with our technician. Great technology, great workmanship and customer service by an experienced roofing contractor made this small repair a success for everyone!
