This home was damaged by the spring storms here in North Texas. The homeowner is a long-time client of ours whom we have done several repairs for in the past. So when his roof was damaged he knew that he needed to contact us. We were able to replace his 30-year shingle with a Class IV hail resistant shingle with his insurance claim. Now the next time it hails he will have peace of mind knowing that his roof is covered. The cherry on top is the insurance premium discount he will receive with that shingle. Most insurance carriers give up to a 20% discount for a hail resistant shingle.
